This is another one about marriage relationships. A couple are on a train and begin discussing what they are going to do once they get to the resort. They quickly find out that they have not discussed it and they want to do totally different things on this vacation. A bit humorous and you may find it true to life as they talk about their differences. Praying and reading God's word is brought into the scene as they close.

A Day In The Woods
$5.00

This is a sketch about five youth and their leader taking a hike in the woods. A narrator does a lot of the talking to set up the story and characters and these are real characters! Not your normal run-of-the-mill youth group. They have unusual names and even crazier personalities. Among all the craziness, one of the students begins to talk about the cross she wears around her neck and the gospel message is shared. A lot of humor and silliness throughout.

Six actors + narrator. (3 males, 3 females). Around 8--9 mins. Learn More
A Little Fender Bender
$10.00
Add to Cart
Daryl has an accident that turns out to be a little fender bender when it should have been much worse. However, he doesn't seem to realize that he has God to thank for keeping him safe. When an old friend comes by, he tells her about all the big events and close calls he has had recently, and still does not give credit to the Lord for his blessings. The friend shares how she and her husband are trusting God for providing their needs, and he still seems clueless to his unthankful spirit. A man comes by who convinces Daryl that he is a "messenger of God" and he has been protecting Daryl for years. He gets him to realize how he has neglected to give thanks for all that God has been doing in his life. He has a change and ends up giving to the friend who really has a need, because he is thankful for what he has been given.

A newswoman (or man) interviews six women from the Bible, each very different, which could allow an actress to show much range, playing several characters. They include: Leah, Jezebel, Esther, Ruth, Deborah and Mary. If the sketch is too long, it can be easily adapted and shortened by removing some of the characters.
